Devo Cat Listening Party

There are 20 cats in one room listening to synth-pop right now.
It gets better.
They are climbing on a giant replica of the Devo hat, best known for it's appearance in the video for the song Whip It, and also (officially) known as an energy dome.
Who is behind this experiment in peculiarity? Devo themselves, the cult band is throwing a cat party in honor of it's first new album in 20 years, Something for Everybody.
The cat listening party kicked off today at Ustream. You can tune in live to see all 20 cats getting down to the album for nine hours. Makes sense to us. As they say, cats are something for everybody.
